Do my parents need to install an app?
No. FamAI is a WhatsApp contact. Save the number, start chatting. That's it.
Which languages?
Hindi, English, and Hinglish. Voice notes and text. Marathi, Tamil, Bengali coming next.
Is health data safe?
Encrypted. Only shared with family you've authorized. Your parent controls sharing.
How does scam detection work?
Your parent forwards any suspicious message to FamAI. FamAI checks it instantly and tells them if it's real or fake. It does NOT auto-scan their chats — only messages they choose to forward.
Can I see my parent's health data?
Yes — if your parent authorizes it, you'll receive a weekly health summary on WhatsApp. Only family members your parent explicitly approves can see their data.
What if they're not tech-savvy?
If they can send a WhatsApp message, they can use FamAI. No menus, no settings.
How do medicine reminders work?
WhatsApp message at scheduled time. Reply "le li" = logged. No response in 30 min = gentle follow-up.
